After dropping my daughter off at Wednesday night youth group in Ellensburg, I had about a half-hour hour to get some shots in before the sun set for the night. I hurried to the East end of the Kittitas Valley to locate a good vantage point for some photos. Just as the sun was setting, I reached the parking lot Wild Horse Wind Farm just in time to get a few shots in. This area is criss-crossed by powerlines so a clean shot was next to impossible, so I incorporated the powerlines into the shot with the tip of Mt. Rainier in the distance.
