This is a great little camcorder for the money. This was selling a very short time ago for $299 and now can be had for under $200 on Amazon. The HM-Q10 is extremely easy to use, very small and light and takes High-Def video. Video quality is very good for this price range although low light performance, as with almost any camcorder at this price, is not good. Unfortunately you cannot buy a camcorder without flaws in this price range. The Q10 has a USB port that can be used to charge the camcorder or to upload your videos or pictures.

The camcorder is very comfortable to hold and can be held with equal comfort in the right or left hand as you can swivel the LCD display to either side. The camera turns on by opening the LCD display, open the display, push the red record button and you are filming in a couple of seconds.

Memory is handled by a SD card and the camcorder has a 10x optical and 20x digital zoom. Image stabilization and sound quality are both quite good for this price range. In summary, although this camcorder has flaws, it is a very good camcorder for under $200.
